How personal data is processed in connection with MoveERP.

2. Scope
This policy explains the processing of personal data when visiting moveerp.com, contacting us, using demos and checkout functions, and purchasing or using MoveERP. Where MoveERP processes data on behalf of a business customer, that customer is the controller and MoveERP acts as processor; the DPA applies additionally.
3. Hosting and server logs
The current website and related technical services are hosted with ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technical log data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, referrer, browser/device information and status codes may be processed for secure operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where relevant, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
4. Contact, email and phone
When you contact us, we process the information you provide to handle your request. The website form sends data server-side via the email infrastructure operated with ALL-INKL.COM. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual/pre-contractual requests and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Demo content
Demo content may be embedded from subdomains operated for MoveERP. Standard technical connection data may be processed.
6. YouTube
Where possible, videos are loaded only after an active user action and using YouTube's enhanced privacy mode. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Starting a video may establish a connection to Google/YouTube. Where consent is required, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with § 25 TDDDG.
7. Checkout and payment via ablefy
We use services of ablefy GmbH, Potsdamer Straße 125, 10783 Berlin, Germany for product, checkout, order and payment processes. Technical data and the business/order/payment information entered by the buyer may be transmitted to ablefy and the selected payment provider. The main legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and § 25 TDDDG may additionally apply.
8. Contract and invoice data
For orders we process business name, contact person, address, email, where applicable phone number, plan, contract term and payment/invoice data. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies; mandatory retention is based on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
9. Analytics and advertising
The current website build does not contain general analytics or advertising trackers such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. If this changes, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
See our Cookie Notice. Non-essential device access is used only on an appropriate legal basis.
11. Recipients and processors
Recipients may include hosting/email providers, checkout/payment providers and media providers activated by users. Data processing agreements are concluded where legally required.
12. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose or statutory obligations. Data processed on behalf of customers is additionally governed by the DPA.
13. Your rights
Subject to the applicable requirements, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. Contact: info@moveerp.com.
14. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
15. Automated decisions
We do not make solely automated decisions on the website within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
16. Updates
We update this policy when functions, providers or legal requirements change.
